Contemplate, Meditate and Relate

And yes, the words are the “same” for each reader

Wait or Wail

Waiting in line; stuck in traffic?

Give thanks for what you are waiting for.

Start expecting “good”, for goodness sake!

Instead of expecting to barely get by,

and not realizing abundance ‘til the day you die;

start expecting goodness to overtake you.

Do not accept excuses from yourself

or give others an excuse to excuse you.

Don't say its incurable; say you haven't found the cure; yet.

There is no such thing as “incurable”;

you’ve either not realized it yet,

or it exists and you don’t know about it.

it will always be as such.

Incurable means curable from within

I’m not a doctor so I won’t tell you

that you will be healed.

But you are your own best doctor

so feel free to tell yourself.

gossip or other negative stuff;

because all that is also going into your body.
