When you don’t let go of the “old”

You can’t move on to the “new”.

Co-author, Ter Scott’s note (assignment): For 7 days (keep track of this and be sure to do this for at least 7 days) write out things, memories, etc. which are “old”. Also write out, every day, what you expect (and beyond what you could ever imagine) what you want as your “new”. After 7 days “delete” the old and get on making the “new” happen. Repeat this routine from time to time.
